Customers have 5 days to request a return on an order upon its delivery.  

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

**You may only return your item if it is damaged. 

Please email us regarding the defect of you order at BeeRoseBoutique@gmail.com within 5 days of its arrival. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
